Tamara Letts is Associate Pastor for Ministry Mobilization at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Anchorage, Alaska, where she serves with her husband, Tom, who is the Senior Pastor. The Letts have served as a team in ministry for over twenty-one years, and Tammy’s special interests include teaching, preaching, leading Bible studies, equipping leaders for ministry, speaking and leading retreats. Tammy previously served on the PFR board and has recently joined the Leadership Team of NPWL. Tammy and Tom have two teenaged daughters.

Rachel Young
Rachel Young was the 2005 recipient of NPWL's Lydia Scholarship and joined the Leadership Team in 2008. She is married to Josh Young; they met while studying for their MDiv degrees at Fuller Theological Seminary. Both West Coast natives, Josh and Rachel live in Houston, TX and serve at Clear Lake Presbyterian Church, Rachel as the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Josh as the Director of Contemporary Worship and Media.
Nicole Lock
Nicole Lock is a recent graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary and is presently seeking her first ordained call. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Nicole received a B.A. in French from Davidson College and then served in youth ministry for eight years with Young Life, as well as with two Presbyterian churches. While serving as the Director of Youth Ministries at First Presbyterian Church of Norfolk, Virginia, she discerned God’s call to seminary and to ordained ministry. Now on the NPWL Leadership Team, it was during her time at Princeton that she first became involved in NPWL, helping to coordinate gatherings for pastors and seminarians to connect with one another.Nicole is married to James Lock and lives in Norfolk, Virginia.
Jeanne Pratt
Jeanne Pratt has been involved with NPWL since 2006 and serves on the Women's Ministry Team. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Jeanne graduated from Kent State University with a masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology. She has worked in the public schools as a Speech/Language Pathologist in Massachusetts, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and now Florida as she has followed her husband, Doug, to his various ministry positions. Doug is currently the senior pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Bonita Springs, FL and Jeanne serves on the Women's Ministry Steering Committee there and is involved in the Working Women's Fellowship.
Cynthia Stewart
Cynthia Stewart joined NPWL Leadership Team in 2010. She attends First Presbyterian Church in Tulsa, OK where she volunteers in leadership roles. Currently, she is leading a team in discerning God’s leading for ‘First Church’ missions. From 2006-2010, she helped lead the formation of the Women’s Ministry Council to unite the women’s ministries and Presbyterian Women’s circles in First Church. Cynthia became an ordained Elder in 2000 and has volunteered as children’s Sunday School teacher, youth mission sponsor and Bible teacher. Professionally, Cynthia holds an MBA from Univ. of Tulsa and BA in Math, Computer Science from Texas Tech Univ. and runs her own business EverMore Services, LLC, a leadership/employee development and business consulting firm. She and her husband Jeff have 3 20-somethings, a daughter and two sons.
