Tamara Letts

Tamara Letts, Chair

Tamara Letts is Associate Pastor for Ministry Mobilization at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Anchorage, Alaska, where she serves with her husband, Tom, who is the Senior Pastor.  The Letts have served as a team in ministry for over twenty-one years, and Tammy’s special interests include teaching, preaching, leading Bible studies, equipping leaders for ministry, speaking and leading retreats. Tammy previously served on the PFR board and has recently joined the Leadership Team of NPWL.   Tammy and Tom have two teenaged daughters.

Rachel Grassley

Rachel Grassley

Rachel Grassley was the 2005 recipient of NPWL's Lydia Scholarship and joined the Leadership Team in 2008.  She is currently working on a project with NPWL to offer translations of the Women's Words Bible study in Spanish, Korean, and Farsi.  She is married to Josh Young; they met while studying for their MDiv degrees at Fuller Theological Seminary.  Both West Coast natives, Josh and Rachel will soon be moving to Houston, TX as Rachel begins a call as the Associate Pastor for Spiritual Formation at Clear Lake Presbyterian Church.

Nicole Lock

Nicole Lock

Nicole Lock is a recent graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary and is presently seeking her first ordained call.  Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Nicole received a B.A. in French from Davidson College and then served in youth ministry for eight years with Young Life, as well as with two Presbyterian churches.  While serving as the Director of Youth Ministries at First Presbyterian Church of Norfolk, Virginia, she discerned God’s call to seminary and to ordained ministry.  Now on the NPWL Leadership Team, it was during her time at Princeton that she first became involved in NPWL, helping to coordinate gatherings for pastors and seminarians to connect with one another.Nicole is married to James Lock and lives in Norfolk, Virginia.

Jeanne Pratt

Jeanne Pratt

Jeanne Pratt has been involved with NPWL since 2006 and serves on the Women's Ministry Team. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Jeanne graduated from Kent State University with a masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology.  She has worked in the public schools as a Speech/Language Pathologist in Massachusetts, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and now Florida as she has followed her husband, Doug, to his various ministry positions.  Doug is currently the senior pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Bonita Springs, FL and Jeanne serves on the Women's Ministry Steering Committee there and is involved in the Working Women's Fellowship.

Caroline Reid

Caroline Reid

Caroline Reid began her career as a teacher and then worked in corporate management training before “retiring” to be a full-time wife, mom and homemaker. She now says she’s on her third career outside the home, having joined First Presbyterian Church of Bakersfield (CA) in 1998 as their first Director of Women’s Ministries and where she currently serves as Director of Missions. She is passionate about connecting people with God’s greater plan for all mankind and leads short-term mission teams to East Africa.  Caroline chairs the Women’s Ministry team for NPWL. Caroline and her husband have one son, Matt.

Kim Skaff

Kim Skaff

Kim Skaff is a recent addition to the NPWL Leadership Team. A native of Flint, Michigan, Kim graduated from Hope College with a degree in Business Administration.  She worked in the Finance Department at Buick Motor Division until the early 80’s and then became a full-time wife and mother to her five children.  During this time, she pursued many volunteer opportunities within the community and church and accepted a part-time position to lead the Women’s Ministry Team at First Presbyterian Church of Flint, Michigan, in 2003.  When asked what qualified her to lead women’s ministries, her answer—then and now—is the same:  “I am a woman and I love the Lord!”
